Process
Signing up
To register for IDC Berlin, create an account on our IDC–DCG Portal using the button below. Once your account is set up, you can upload, edit, and manage your routines. Your registration is complete once all waiver forms are signed and fees are paid. ​ Please watch the instructional videos below to learn how to create your account and submit routines correctly. Register early to secure your spot, as spaces are limited. If a category is full, you can join the waiting list and will be notified four weeks before the event if a place becomes available.​

Music
Music files must be uploaded at least one month before the competition. Please respect the time limits—routines exceeding the allowed length will be penalized.

Backstage access
​Registering as a teacher does not include backstage access. A separate Backstage Access Form will be sent to all schools and dancers one month before the competition. ​

Solo Non- Classical: 60 Euro
Solo Classical: 65 Euro
Duet: 50 Euro per person
Trio: 45 Euro per person
Groups (4 - 7): 30 Euro per person
Groups (8+): 25 Euro per Person
There are no further Registration Fees.​​
Solos Non-Classical SOLD OUT!​
​If you would like to enter a Solo Non- Classical, please write us an email at kontakt@idc-dance.com with your name, age, dance school (or independent) as well as name, style and music length of routine to enter the waiting list.​


Masterclasses

​Masterclasses will be on February 28th and March 1st, 2026 during the competition and will be available for sign up latest 1 month before competition date.
Prizes and Scholarships will be awarded at our masterclasses as well. Participation is not mandatory.
Masterclasses participation is a good opportunity for the judges to see the dancers in the studio as well as on stage, however it does not affect your final score in the competition. ​
